S2, TXN, Buy now or wait?

TXN's nearly to the treadline (per your chart). Should one buy now, or wait till it gets to the trendline in the $33's?

I saw in a Philippine newspaper yesterday (here in Subic Bay), that TXN is building a state-of-art factory on the old Base (Subic Bay free port) here in Olongapo. It won't be operational till 2009 or 2010. The article also said they have been in Baguio since 1979.

I'm heavy in cash since bugging out of AAPL and looking for longs.

Next week, I am looking to buy 3M (MMM) April08 calls. It's fallen to it's trendline also (as TXN).
