I expected him to be convicted. He pretty much ensured that. Was he guilty of some of the charges? Definitely. Was he the instigator? I don't think so: I think the instigators were Cleveland and Royer. Did the prosecutor, judge, and jury really understand the nature of financial chat boards? I really don't think so. Was Breen the prosecutor (who's no longer a prosecutor) obsessed by the idea that Tony was a terrorist? Definitely. Did that have some effect on the jury? I think so.
These same people who are so quick to find scams so quickly are very quick to condone hedge funds, MM abuse and then claim no such thing as "paid bashers."
You appear to be obsessed with hedge funds. Some are okay, others are not. Who "condones" what you call "MM abuse"? And what does any of that have to do with your alleged "paid bashers"?
