Thanks for having confidence in me. I'd let others moderate this great board. My time is consumed w/ running my stuff. S2 and others made good points. I don't blame them at all as I know MRVL could have been run like a professional public co. I know TXN, BRCM, QCOM, ... and others in the field well too. I see how they are run differently.

GM expectation is lower this time going into Nov CC. St. expects 48% GM, EPS = 8 cents, $710 M rev. IMHO, MRVL will beat EPS and rev.

I don't know how the St. will receive this.

I still think MRVL will take the MBO route to apply golden handcuffs on employees, to retain and recruit talents, not to deal w/ the ST. qtr to qtr, to save money on Sarbanes-Oxley,...

When that happens, this board will cease to exist by default.

On the other hand, we can use this board to discuss other stocks as well.
It doesn't have to be just MRVL.

This board is more well-known among the pros, MRVL employees, general public than you suspect.
