Q, it sounds as if your motto should be "my scam is ok."

I don't really understand that statement, what scam are you talking about?

What exactly would you do with respect to hedge funds?

If I were King, I would outlaw short selling in any form. Economically it is a total waste of venture capital. IMO the only reason shortselling exists is so that pro traders and the securities industry can profit from the investments of the average investor.

But I am not King, so the only thing I can do is refuse to support companies that keep secrets from their investors.

I really don't care if you want to support them, while claiming to want complete transparency in the markets. It just seems a little strange to me. Most people would put their money where their mouth is.
