Local delivery:

isolution: I was just rereading #780 as a candidate for “iHub essential reading” that I am compiling with biowatch and cadpdvr. In #780 you stated:

It takes some time to compare Intravitreal, Subtenon, Subconjonctival, Periocular, Iontophoresis, Topical gel or solution, but it is worthy especially if you look for a local and noninvasive mean to administer CA4P.

This leads to some questions:

1. Which of these methods is OXGN actively pursuing? Dai Chaplin had an opportunity to speak to this at the recent CC but he danced around it and said that all options remain open.

2. Chaplin and Driscoll say OXGN is committed to finding a non-invasive delivery method, but I wonder how they are defining non-invasive. Most of the methods on your list would not meet my own definition.

Regards, Dew

P.S. Do you have an explanation for why OXGN’s patient enrollment is proceeding slowly?
