Before I cancelled my membership recently I had also noticed a huge slowdown in turnaround time. It went from a few days to over a week to the DVD's being rec'd at GnF. I called the so called customer service line and got a middle-aged sounding woman who had zero customer service skills and actually rushed me off the phone as she had five more calls waiting! Unbelievable.

When you consider Netflix has a massive purpose built customer service center in Oregon ( and they actually chose the area because the people are so nice and give exceptional customer service ), you realize that Gamezntrix has simple become irrelevant! Nobody knows the company exists and the next Q will show reduced subs and will just increase the dilution to keep the doors open. C.C.was the rabbit out of the hat and J.F has nothing like that left in his armoury! $40 million dollars could have bought alot of inventory, advertising and customer service reps. Still can't believe the way this ended up! JMHO
