Allie, here's the update.

Paul Strickland has given me permission to announce the following:

The company is in the process of obtaining audited financials for the purpose of uplisting to the OTCBB. This process is not instantaneous. But this is a fact and will happen.

They will also go through the process of listing on the Deusch Boerse.
