Dear Mr Andrews

I've had a very comprehensive response from Richard Fox which I assume you will be familiar with. I queried the investigative agencies he mentioned and he has responded with specific details.

I am aware now that Mobilestream Oil Inc, incorporated on 28 June 2005, changed its name to Mobilestream Inc on 28 July 2005. This entity was the company whose shares were sold to my folks by Aston Rowe during the period up to April 2006 when they were informed that Mobilestream Inc had recently changed its name to Mobilestream Oil Inc.

I will have to write to you again in more detail when I have had a chance to digest the lengthy explanation from your lawyer. His statement seems to indicate that various boiler rooms got hold of Mobilestream Inc stock at 25 cents and shifted them, totally unknown to your company, ie your company has no relevant knowledge of the prior share sales history.

My main concern you will understand is to find out exactly what my folks have 146,000 shares in. If the Global deal does not go ahead, they are left with a big share in whatlooks like a big zero.
