Excellent post Jim... There's a pile of people I know and trust, them I listen to, the rest have to prove themselves to me first. I have to admit when I first came to the hub I started to buy in to all the BS about bashers and never took the time out to read the posts. Now I do and take everything into consideration. Bottom line is good dd one way or another will steer any investor in the right direction. The same posters I saw as Bashers when I first started are actually some of the posters with the best solid DD.
