>if the FDA signed on to monitor what docs posted<

I doubt the FDA would have the personnel to good job of monitoring what is posted, plus the doctors would presumably be protected by Freedom of Speech, especially if they said, "in my opinion". It would be difficult to sue the doctor for malpractice based on what they post (especially if it is anonymous) if they are not promoting the use of a drug in a fashion that is known to be dangerous.

If it is an anonymous forum, it would be easy for a sales rep to post and promote their wares, with or without the pharma's knowledge.

A pharma co could get in trouble if the FDA could prove they were promoting the use of one of their drugs in a manner the FDA had not approved. The pharma would have to be pretty stupid to do something blatantly illegal. I suspect the pharma companies would be more interested in learning doctors' opinions so they could develop "talking points" for their sales reps to use and so they could fine tune their "educational" seminars.
