Tuesday should be very dramatic. My best bet is that, if the FTC decision is not issued pre-market, we open up slightly, with shorts from last Thurs scrambling to lock in gains from the fall from 30 ahead of the decision. However, if the decision is adverse Tues aft, they will jump back in with wild abandon. If the decision is positive, it may be very difficult to find any shares below 35... I haven't quite figured out how to play this one....
