Like I said, it's the same as the Dutton report. People will take it with a grain of salt since PTSC paid Cohen $40K something for it. Read page 136.
Having said that, however, I do agree with much of the report. My only problem is they base all their scenarios on a win in court. That is why people are hesitant and the report doesn't change that. It just lays out what most holders already know, that with a win (an "if", not a "when" scenario), this thing will rocket.
