Hi JM,

Personally, I don't think you should have to grovel. What I, and apparently a number of other members, would like to see from you is a heartfelt acknowledgement that much of your previous behavior was obnoxious (which I think you've done) and your word that you'll behave as a respectable and respectful member of the community in the future.

I don't know how Matt feels about this, but I'm of the opinion that if you can't learn from this, you should be booted permanently. I've got faith in you though, and think you can find a way to both be yourself and be a part of IHUB.
