My feelings on the issue.

If you come here and start a thread you should not be removed as the starter of any thread. I don't like this idea and it sucks. If someone wants to assist on a fresh thread or a thread that is not very active they should contact the thread leader or Matt and approach the individual that began the thread. If Matt or the thread guru can't do this before a change just leave the threads alone.

Matt or nobody should just change things around at their beconning wish. Why would someone want to continue to post at any thread once Matt or a thread leader slams them for opposing views or because nobody has yet came to IHUB and found the new thread so it is not active enough. This is not a Gatsopo site. I am seeing this on other threads where starters have been removed without asking them. If you want to be an assistant then ask don't backstab someone that does not want to be removed. Doesn't anyone care about the feelings of others. It doesn't look like it to me. It looks like you need to kiss butt in some form to stay put.

Also if you chose an assistant they should not be removed unless it is taken to Matt for final ruling. An assistant can keep a thread alive but to slap a thread assitant is the lowest of lows. Also to slap a assistant for opposing views is a s low as it gets.

I am witnessing this type of board moderatorship might not be the answer.

Thank you,

Willy
