In my opinion they have no choice but to wait till ASCO. If they present at a small meeting, they are admitting that the results are clinically insignificant. That would be dumb. Now the ASCO presentation may be interpreted as clinically insignificant, but IMCL/emerck would argue otherwise. Because any statistically significant increase in lung cancer survival is significant, especially in the squmous cell subgroup. NSCLC is a very tough disease and progress has been very limited for decades. Any small step forward is significant.
