Stephen L. Woolstenhulme, 57, has accepted the appointment to Vice President of Finance for all Phoenix operations.

Still sifting through the PR's. Now I wonder why Steve's name hasn't been mentioned in relation to a deal gone bad. If he is the finance guy, he should have been responsible to weigh in on the Komes deal. Not to say that lawyers weren't the paper chasers, but Steve should have communucated the risk to the "entire" business which he is Vice President.
