If you mean BR=BK ? Trying to find a Judge that would grant them Bankrupcy protect imo would be next to impossible in this day and age .PBLS leadership (and i use that term losely)would have to open up ALL the books and they an't going to do that.
The courts would laugh them out of court after asking these clowns With billions of dollars being throw at the n.o. and the gulf coast and you being in the business to clean up and YOU BLEW IT !!! Lets see your books and show the court how you could have screwed this up .Oh new houses, car, planes, trips ,off shore banks,salaries that you didn't deserve !!!
