400K float per C.E.O...I am guessing 483K total to be more exact, since he and the C.F.O. own 3 million shares.

Alot of times yahoo and pinksheets.com profiles provide outdated information. For now, I'm going by what I've been told by the C.E.O. :D

Worst case scenario...700K float...lol...still a super low floater.
