Can you provide a direct link as I can not find where it states that on yahoo?

Per Dan Meisenheimer (C.E.O.), the number of issued and outstanding shares is 3.5 million (3.483 to be more exact), of which he and the C.F.O. own 3 million shares at a $3/share cost basis. That leaves a tradeable float of around 400K and some change...unless I am missing something.

The C.E.O. and C.F.O. are not selling any of their shares (maybe when this gets close to or goes over $3 they may) and even if they did decide to do so, this is a fully-reporting OTC-BB company, so they are required to file a FORM 4 anytime a company officer purchases or sells stock in their own company. No?

I still like everything I see here. :D
