If the FTC has already made it's decision and it's favorable to Rambus it could send it soaring right back to $37 plus by next week though. So maybe an entry under $24 and a tight stop of $23.50 or so and see how the FTC decision goes. Somehow I fear the FTC case won't be resolved nice and clean. It may be a partial win with just a slight negative twist. I have been following this very closely for 5 years now. I even rode it up to $500.00 presplit and partway back down. It would be nice to see a final complete resolution (in Rambus's favor of course) some day soon.
