Hard to know where he is in the uplist process. If they have finished the a/f part they must now complete the sb 10 which takes 133 man hours according to sec estimates after filing it takes 6 to 8 weeks minimum to uplist but could take 3 months depending on how complete it is and if there are any problems with it.
