RE: Three Sixty, Inc. (TSXT) today announced that it has completed all the required filings with the Secretary of State of Delaware formally changing the company's name to IAHL Corporation. The company previously stated that it would change its name to IAH Corporation; we were unable to do so as that name conflicted with other companies domiciled within Delaware.
