Thats is why I was saying that he will get absolutely nothing he is owed, feel that he is owed or retribution here. We have all quite possibly been hoodwinked by an entire company comprised of many individuals. how hard would it be for some to get bamboozled by one single poster with information that may or may not be true?

I do know where you are coming from and am not discounting it or him. Everyone will react to different situations in different ways. When you are angry and can not look at anything but from that angered perception, that is when you should be much more careful with your actions.

Just off the top of my head for instance. Say this guy was owed $500.00 in back pay by the company and comes here to say that they owe him $25000.00 in back pay. That could come back and haunt him, even though the owed money is legitimate.

Say that they owe him $500.00 and he said they own him $500.00. Can we help him get paid? No. Can we tell him why? We can guess, but he is closer to the situation obviously than we are if true.

Spreading he said/she said items is a horrible situation without facts or someone at the company to point to and say "Him/Her right there your honor." is a bad bad bad idea that will get him zero justice.

If he knows of illegal acts by the company and since the company claims federal and local agencies are involved....that is exactly where he needs to go. Call the company and ask who is investigating xyz and they have to tell him.

Just like anyone with a bounced divvy check. All they have to do is report it to the postal inspector and they should be able to direct them to within the postal service or to federal or local services that can help.

If they owe money for wages, the unemployment department will go after them.

Anyone here that feels the need can also report to several agencies starting with the SEC or perhaps the federal or local agencies that or investigating now.

There have been many here whom have lost money, will potentially be a lot more. It does not matter how many truths you have told. All it takes is one lie or stretch of the truth and it is all undone.

We can all go overboard and I do to, but I try very hard not to hurt others while doing it. Thats where I am coming from.

Weeellll time for the 1.5 hour commute home. Perhaps we shall talk later.
