ask yourself why the ceo thought it was necessary to change the stock symbol from gzfx to gmfx at the time of the r/s. any legit reason for that, other than trying to attract a new round of unsuspecting shareholders? what kind of ceo lets a stock go from .02 to .0001 without ever expressing any concern to his shareholders while it's happening, and without doing anything to protect them? in fact, he instead took actions to try to convince shareholders not to sell, by assuring investors that there would be no reverse split (in the law, we call that fraudulent misrepresentation -- there is no protection under the safe harbour rules for this). if you're in this for a trade, so be it and good luck. if you're in this because you think the ceo has the long term interests of shareholders in mind, be wary...
