The only thing that will save this company is NEW LEADERSHIP!
PA & RB have proved incapable fo administrating. What they are good at is not condusive to running a diverse congolumerate of businesses. They need to step aside and bring in a turn around expert to run the company, get a legitimate BOD and CFO. A thorough housecleaning would include DK.
Here's the pblm. Their egos won't let it happen, so the toilet and BK is looming.
