Bernard my question was also whether you were looking at the Dow or Tech (NDX/COMPX)?
The Dow is above 80 and turning down slightly while Tech is hovering right at the 50 line.
It would be a BIG move for DOW to approach the 50 line, while the NDX could be there today. VBG,
Just trying to clarify your meaning on what re-establishes the BEAR?
