KUAN.. there have been countless PRs from PHGI that have never materialized and were misleading in there intent.

The one that comes to mind the quickest was the Canadian divy one where they gave out specific dates of distribution when fully aware that it was false and misleading.

They also waited till the very last day to rectify it and say they made a mistake. That leads me to believe that they used it to encourage trading in the security?

To this day and the 90 days in the last PR are up in just a few days we have nothing about the distribution of that dividend....

At any rate the shares that are being sold into the market are coming from somewhere and I know you and I are not selling them?
