OOPS!/FARK! Thank G*d you called me on that! I somehow read the news report and tripled the number of new shares issued.

In actuality, it's 7.3 million shares added to the 128 million outstanding.

7.3 / 128 = .0078767 or 7.88% dilution -- assuming I'm doing that right.
