I have more of a life than to remember evey single post I write on a board.

I'm not saying I wasn't wrong. To figure it out isn't that easy when one posts on several boards and constantly IMing and emailing various accountants, advisors, etc., concerning investments. So, remembering exactly one post on a somewhat meaningless penny stock board isn't a high priority for me as it would be for you. So, with that in mind, maybe you could take the time to understand why I'm asking Matt, and not you, for specifics.
