I also heard that The Kauderer Group is taking Simulated to the Valuerich Investment Baking confefrence on oct 18th at the W Hotel. I know this becuase they are taking SPOOZ as per the info we all found on the SPOOZ board and when I called the Kauderer office and asked about FAVE, they said, "when we got involved with SPOOZ after they were crushed to .0007, we assisted them in a new support level 1000X higher, FAVE is next." This came to me from one of their VP's in their NYC office. We are in for a quick and painless restructure. I am sure of it!!! If they did this on a public company, what will they do on a merger?? I'm sure a heck of alot more.
