TOAD, do you know who The Kauderer Group is? Im in a few of thier deals and they work. Apparently rumor is, they are the financial consultants to Simulated and the funder. Their partner, Kauderer International is the Cheif Internaitonal Business Consultant for the company as well. If you know the name, you know that this will be a success. They do SPOOZ and many more.
