If "there's this much stock available down here", then...

explain how the share structure has been reduced several times recently? One would think just the opposite should be occuring.

Who in the %^$# is selling here? <or> better yet, WHY??

Retail investors cannot short this stock. If they sell now the're losing money, no profit to be made here. So if we retail investors aren't selling, who is?
