Yes, purely coincidence....unless GGI is taken out of the picture, no increase in pps will hold...and if GGI is taken out of the picture by any means...it would have to be filed with the SEC accordingly!

My guess, someone (Moroch or ???) just got 100 Million shares....hopefully for some kind of service rendered...but unlikely to impact the pps for long given the GGI dilution and toxic financing!

This puts the OS at approximately 142 Million plus already....not pretty when you consider a month ago the total OS was at 7 plus Million following the RS!
