I have 2 points to make

1) Dilution is never a good thing.

2) In my experience with reverse mergers, which is considerable,
reverse merger plays have no "S" forms or dilutions in the last
5 years. There have been no exceptions to this.


Avoid Dilution. Expect to be wiped out.
