Bobbybdb, on this I agree:

".....why is he or BCIT any different than Eagletech or overstock.com, Patrick Bryne, they both have law suites going on ("NOT THEIR SHAREHOLDERS") against those that shorted them...."

But I believe Megas warned the brokers, but the brokers didn't act. All the shares "generated" after Aug 16th, 05 warning from Megas were the brokers' doing and the brokers' responsibility. Ameritrade telling shareholders that BCIT shares were worthless due to bankruptcy was the clue, the wish of the nss gang. That should tell us all something about who did what to whom. That the Oklahoma trial did not represent our interests sufficiently is true, we did not get our shares out of it, because the nss crowd was not involved sufficiently. But we do need information from Megas about the amount of NSS, and
we do need action, such as Overstock is doing, to get satisfaction from the NSS crowd. imho.

I hope Megas gets this trading, as that is the right cue for our entrance and the commencement of the true battle with the short count, not now, prematurely, to start a CAL and risk getting the wrong cusips and letting the brokers off their IOU
obligations to exchange our shares for the new cussip shares.
What I would appreciate knowing is what Megas is doing right now, or waiting for, right now, so we have guidance in this mess.
