F6..you didn't think Scalia would recuse himself, now did you? I've given some thought to that article you posted a while back regarding the possiblity of the high courts being involved in a close presidential contest this November, particularly for a states delegates. Throw in electronic voting (now and in the future) and the ability to 'influence' an election's outcome becomes so much more pervasive. Never has it been more important to remain diligent and vocal. Quack, quack!
