1. bounce three checks each over $500 in one year to start. plus a)$500 fine first time, 2)1,000 second time
3)2,500 plus jail time for 3rd check.
oh yes this covers, shells, llc's and inc's
they usually go after, or warrent of arrest for the finincal officer. Since this company is so small, like a mom and pop operation, the warrent could be for both.

oh yes, it does happen, i have seen a cement company, their ceo, and owner is serving time i think now for 3 years with bubba, they say he's making to be a good love doll.
