I am surprised too. This is terrific news. Who knows, maybe with Canada closed know one was paying attention to miners today. People don't seem to like to buy gold stocks on a day when gold falls over 1% either so maybe that is it and hopefuly we'll see a better reaction tomorrow. Looks like it may have worked out for you though as I bet your bid got hit by the end of the day.
The "local Ejido (agrarian community) agreements" are an extremely important development. You need only talk to Oremex to find out that it is not exactly an easy task.
This company continues to deliver as expected and will continue to do so. IMO it should be a major holding in any PM portfolio.
The only other thing I can think of is the financing that has not yet been anounced. It seems many have decided to wait until those details are out before jumping in. I'm guessing it will be resolved soon enough.
