I saw a comment on the BB that suggested you might have to wait until June for a first dividend check. This is wrong! If anyone gets their Shares into PBLS early, like prior to March 1, 2007, I understand they will receive a dividend check for the last month of Q1 in April, so the first check will be paid for just the days of Q1 that conversion was covered, then they will get full quarterly dividends for future quarters, paid within 30 days of the end of each quarter.
Please put in your own words, but a clarification posted could be helpful.
