I don't think Telmex is spending money to advertise like they are for only 1 or 2% penetration. I believe that would be viewed as a collosal failure, the head of advertising would get reprimanded and ONEV would be sunk.

I think 20% is very achievable but I would be dissappointed with it. I expect much more than 20%.

All just my opinion however.
