Possible pennant & possible desending triangle, since price spike. Can't say either projected but other indicators on the positive side.

I wouldn't move on this one, until it actually moves!! No early buying, but late. There is a large flag so you will get a nice return with a SAFE late trade, if it moves positive! But save a load if it doesn't!
