It would seem we are waiting for filings, for some indication Megas expects this to trade and on what logic he expects this.

Meanwhile, as OhBull points out, we don't have even the Oklahoma court discovery to assist us.

At what point in time do we organize,to do something, is my question? If we
request certs without BCIT trading, we get nowhere, or just get worthless non-205's.

I am truly curious what a March Indy original investor thinks or expects of this impasse? Are they expecting BCIT to trade in the next few weeks, or are they content waiting 3 years or more for BCIT to trade? It doesn't seem logical to me they would be indifferent to the status quo and not wanting something to release them shares to trade, after all this time.

What, if anything, is Megas telling them?
