Why did you suggest a "court case" that doesn't exist? The company is under an investigation, and has been for 18 months, with NO charges filed.

Your "court case" would only occur after formal charges and an indictment. That has not happened. I found your reference to a non-existent "court case" to be harmfully misleading to readers of this board.
