The 43-101 is a Canadian instrument that has international acceptance. Maybe the buyer is not Russian and would rather have a this report before writing a check.

The more important point here is why would Aurc PR the 43-101 if they were not completely confident in the results before hand? I think they have more than just a "good feeling" about the outcome.
