So in your experience in the Court and depositions what time frame do YOU think was being referred to in the Court documents?? Remember this was a lawsuit AGAINST the company! If I was an attorney going after AERO, I sure as hell would want to know their annual sales number. If the $1 million was on a quarterly basis then if I was the attorney representing the plaintiff I would be foaming at the mouth!! Kind of like the Broncovic story when they found out how much money the chemical company was making every year!!!!
