EVERYONE should consider the date of the lawsuit,
AUGUST 27, 2007.
Ask yourself why this information is only being 'shared' now?
The manipulators have had this information for weeks. They have all sold and now they want to drive the share price down as far as possible before buying and pumping it back up.
There are 2 or 3 groups that control tens of millions of shares each. Buy when they post negative info. Sell when they post postive info.
It's that simple. It's worked for me in the past.
Take a look at the chart below. Nothing happened when the suit was filed. This suit will be tied up in court for a long time. I'm not selling at this point. There is still a chance for a run because this is a pinky. At this point there is not much left to lose in the worst case scenario.
