IMVIRGINOT, in my local phone book there are 8 sand & gravel dealers in and around Slidell....No quarries!
PA is known for writing deceptive PR's and the one about a pit near Slidell is just one of many. It's not really a lie because the Murphy pit is near Slidell.
I stopped believing anything out of the company back when they claimed an oil lease in Nevada was close to some unbelievably huge oil deposit or well (I forget which). I raised a big stink about it which didn't make me any friends here but did bring about a retraction of the PR.
All that's really known about PBLS is what people on this board have actually verified for themselves and then posted. Of course not everyone here is totally objective
so one has to decide who to believe.
