I have heard someone else say that it was too noisy, but then got another one that was quiet. Seems that there is a little inconsistancy in the product. I DO AGREE that they need to fix the noise issue. The company needs to work with the manufacturer to resolve this problem ASAP before any more noisy ones are sent out.
As far as the office - I think we need to give the new CEO a week or two to get in there are resolve these problems. I agree that they need to have a real live person ANSWERING THE PHONE. That is one HUGE red flag whe it comes to penny stocks. However, with PDGT, I have a feeling the interim CEO kind of dropped the ball. I'm pretty sure that's not how the office was ran before he came in.
There are several things the company is going to have to do IMMEDIATELY to restore shareholder confidence...
1. Communicate - about the new CEO and what has been happening with the company over the past few months and how they are going to resolve these issues.
2. Product modification - do whatever it takes to fix the noise issue
3. Revenue - Announce some sales #'s and forecasts, new distribution channels, etc.
4. Goals - Let us know that the new management is serious about building the company and shareholder value. Inform us of changes that are coming in the future and what they are doing NOW to pave the way for the success of PDGT
ALL IMO of course
