I have heard that uWink is working very hard on getting this priced and closed... but.. "the devil is in the details." I was not told any dates, only they "want this done as much as anyone."

Once they get the money I expect them to move fast on the new restaurants. My understanding is the Hollywood and Hyland space is already set up for a restaurant and will go in fairly quickly - my guess by the end of the year (this year for you non-believers!)

During their dog and pony show in MPLS they mentioned that the AMEX listing would go along with the closing, and I have heard nothing about that changing. That should also help our drifting stock.

One other thing. I'm sure, very sure in fact, that Alissa is also working very hard. I'm expecting some kick-A$$ PR once this closes and they can start talking again. Remember CNBC? That was quite the coup for a small company with mostly just an idea. Now they have proven the concept and are into the expansion phase. Look Out!!!!
