I think it is great for evaluating incomplete colonoscopy and in older patients that doing a colonoscopy is contraindicated or the likelyhood of a complete colonoscopy is low, or patients who read that article and refuse colonoscopy...and for the rest of the unwashed masses. For me the presidential workup includes colonscopy... at age 40 by the way (if its good enough for the general population at 50). (Remember I do this for a living). This has encouraged GI groups to purchase a ct scanner for enhancing revenues...with any little thing seen... badda bing off to colonoscopy.
